Suzanne Opton's series Soldier examines the humanity of soldiers who have fought in Iraq or Afghanistan. Opton is the recipient of a 2009 John Simon Guggenheim Fellowship, as well as grants from the New York Foundation for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts. She has shown this series in exhibitions and billboards at venues such as Light Work; CEPA Gallery in Buffalo, NY; and the Musée de l'Elysée, in Lausanne, Switzerland. Stanley Greenberg's photographs of architectural sites contemplate form and content in the context of contemporary urban existence. Greenberg is the author of Invisible New York: The Hidden Infrastructure of the City; Waterworks: A Photographic Journey through New York's Hidden Water System; and the forthcoming Architecture Under Construction. The architecture images will be exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago in 2010. His photographs are also in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Greenberg is the recipient of several grants, including a fellowship from the John Simon Guggenheim Foundation in 2005. Includes five issues of Contact Sheet.

The limited edition was created expressly for Light Work, following a photographic survey of Eatonville, FL, home of celebrated writer Zora Neale Hurston. The images capture a unique view of the oldest black incorporated town in the United States.

Special limited edition of Zana Briski’s book Brothel with a hand-printed silver gelatin print by the artist. The purchase of this book and print includes five issues of Contact Sheet and a copy of Zana Briski’s award-winning documentary Born into Brothels on DVD.

Brothel is a signed, 130-page, cloth-bound book that includes fifty-four tritone photographic reproductions. The book comes housed in a special handmade clamshell box, which is covered with red silk from India. The photographs were created in Calcutta’s red light district. This is the photographic series that led to Briski’s Academy Award-winning documentary Born into Brothels, which features her work with the children of prostitutes. Please note: Only the book in the Collector's Edition with print ($1,200) is signed by the artist.
